Belgian beauties
There is no better way to wake up on a bright Sunday morning than to the smell of homemade waffles.
I have had a sweet tooth my entire life, and nothing satisfies my early morning sugar craving like a plate of golden brown waffles. This sweet treat has a very special place in my heart.
One Christmas morning, my family gathered together to make a huge batch of Belgian waffles. Once we finished cooking, we smothered them with whipped cream, cherries and sprinkles. We then sat down at the table to enjoy our breakfast as a family.
This recipe is short and easy, making it the perfect way to start the weekend right, whip up a quick breakfast, or enjoy at any time.
Ingredients
