The Instructional Council met to discuss issues such as junior seminar, summer reading, clubs and Drop Everything and Read (DEAR). Some new possible topics are being considered for junior seminar, such as SAT prep, time management and a service project. The summer reading books are being discussed for this summer, using the same system as in previous years. There will be further discussion about whether or not Radio Club or the Junior State of America (JSA) will become an official club. As of now, DEAR is no longer being done at CHS.
