The day's schedule was shifted in the morning due to poor weather conditions, but all events were completed as planned, SGA President Lauryn Masciana of Middletown said.
BY MICHELLE ETIENNE - Freshman Cole Raymond of Middletown said he is looking forward to his first Color Wars as a CHS student.
“[I expect a] day full of fun and athleticism,” Raymond said.
BY DANIEL MOPSICK – The Class of 2015 hosted the annual CHS Prom on Friday, May 29, at The Mill, located in Spring Lake. The theme of the prom was “Sand & Sea.”
BY IZZY CAVAZZONI AND KATE RIDOUX - Just before dismissal on May 21, the winners of the Student Government Association election for the 2015-2016 school year were announced on the loudspeaker. The new SGA council members include sophomores Julia Pardee, Mark DiSpigna and Rebecca Madeira. Juniors Shane Nolan and Lauryn Masciana were elected vice president and president, respectively.

BY EMMA WILENTA and JULIANNE SACKETT - The CHS Drama Club presented its spring production of Get Smart on May 15 and 16. Students, family and friends filled the Jersey Shore Arts Center Theatre in Ocean Grove to support the club. Tickets were sold ahead of time for $7 each and $10 at the door.

By CAROLINE SAVAGE - The halls of CHS were seemingly transformed into a scene from the Wild West on Wednesday, April 29, the third day of Spring Spirit Week. Cowboys and cowgirls alike competed at lunch in the balloon pop competition, which the Class of 2016 won.
